950 Greene Street is Verdeterre’s first project in downtown Ann Arbor in several years. This incredibly tight site provided staging and logistic issues for all subcontractors. The bulk of this project was excavating the 25,000 yards required to construct the underground multi-level parking structure and installation of the stormwater detention system. Stormwater for this site is stored beneath both the building and parking structure in a Stormtank buried detention system.
