Richard manages Verdeterre’s procurement, client management, project estimating and bidding with over 42 years of experience. He received a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida and earned a PE licensure in Florida and Michigan. Richard has been with Verdeterre since March 2018.
