Payroll Specialist Laurie is a second generation team member and the daughter of Dan and Mary Brown. Laurie is responsible for payroll, benefits and compliance reporting. She and CJ make up the Verdeterre HR, Payroll, AR and AP Departments.

AUSTIN
Graduated from Bakers Auto/Diesel Institute with an associate degree in Diesel Technology. Austin has been working as a field technician since 2017.
JUAN SAMANO
Juan is one of three site crew foremen, specializing in operating our GPS dozers during on-site development projects. Juan is also responsible for scheduling materials and meeting the needs of our clients. Juan has been part of Verdeterre team since 2005.
LARRY HOIST
Larry is responsible for all field operations involving Verdeterre’s open cut, directional drill and pipe burst utility installations. Larry’s dedication to efficient, quality work helps to inspire his entire to crew to consistently overachieve.
CRAIG KRAJNIAK
With more than ten years of construction experience operating with a number of Michigan’s larger site contractors, Craig has been with Verdeterre since 2012.
KEVIN SMRCKA
Kevin returned to Verdeterre in 2019, where he began his construction career, after stints working for a survey supply company and asphalt paving company. The skills he acquired during his time away help make him the strong leader and foreman he is today.
