The project consists of 19 apartment buildings in addition to a clubhouse and pool area. Verdeterre performed tree removal, soil erosion installation, site and utility demolition, earthwork including all basement excavation and backfill activities, radon piping systems and all site utilities. This is a HUD financed affordable housing apartment project on the site of the former Mark Twain Elementary School in Royal Oak.
